Detailed Description:

The fuel pump assembly is a key automotive component. Its working principle is to draw fuel from the fuel tank and then deliver the fuel to the engine combustion chamber through pipes and filters. The fuel pump assembly consists of three parts: the pump body, the DC motor and the housing. When the DC motor is powered on, it will drive the rotor in the pump housing to rotate at high speed. The section at the lower end of the rotor shaft is combined with the section of the inner hole of the impeller, so that the impeller creates a vacuum low pressure at the oil inlet during the high-speed rotation, thereby sucking in the filtered fuel. After being pressurized by the fuel pump impeller, the fuel enters the pump housing and is pressed out through the oil outlet, providing the fuel system with fuel with a certain pressure.
